"Mounds of pillows" on the "comfortable beds" are the "only truly luxurious thing" at this "quite serviceable" hotel, located within walking distance of chain eateries; "glitches" include rooms that need better maintenance, "dirty carpets" and "loud construction", but at least a renovation was begun in 2007 and there's an "unexpected breakfast lounge" and "friendly" service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not find the pool area inviting and decided not to swim.

The hotel has been updated and has a very fresh and crisp look. The rooms were comfortable and very clean . The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Overall a Thumbs up.

The re-modeling of this hotel made a big difference than the last time I was here.

Did not have a gift shop.

The over all was excellent. Very clean and nice rooms.

They charge for a wired internet connection in your room.

We are computer users and although there were computers in the lobby to check e-mail, free of charge, there was a charge of $13 a day, noon to noon, if we chose to use them in our room.

Room was updated and very comfortable.

No direct entrance to the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, everything was updated. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I would stay at this hotel again.
